Cape Roux itself was a point of interest that held some historical value as well as having tremendous views of the Cote d'Azur. This is a lookout point and of importance in World War 11. This area is also now a marine reserve so no fishing allowed - the sign showed pictures of colourful fish and some soft corals and anenomes.
